Patient Satisfaction

For patients with a mobile number on their record they are invited to complete a survey about their experience of the hub service. All responses are anonymous but we would like to thank patients for their efforts in completing and collecting this essential information. We will continue to use this to drive improvements to the service.

Of those surveyed in this period:  
89% rated the quality of care they received as either excellent or good.    
85% stated reception staff were helpful & accommodating  
88% would recommend the service to family & friends

Very well run and pleasant service, would definitely use again

Fabulous reception staff who did their upmost to make me feel calm (I have anxiety). It meant a lot they would take time to see if I was alright. The GP was lovely. So friendly and incredibly helpful. I was very lucky to have her and I feel hugely relieved after talking about my issues.

Fantastic service to get a GP appointment out of hours and at short notice. Leatherhead hospital is ideally located for me, and has plenty of parking for others. Please keep this service going!
