End of Life Care
You may not need to move away from home to receive care, as end of life and hospice care can be provided at home. To find out what’s available locally, ask your GP.
Appointments should be booked through your registered practice during normal core hours. When your surgery is closed, please call 01372 232001 from 6.30-9.30pm Mon to Friday and Saturdays between 9am and 5pm. Please note you cannot book appointments from this website or via email enquiry.
