Where to find us: Appointments with GP Health Partners (GP Hub) at Leatherhead Community Hospital are located in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU).
For GP Hub appointments, during normal practice hours you should contact your registered practice. For other appointments including echocardiogram, ECG and Dermatology Step-Up Clinic appointments you can call GPHP and speak to a member of the team on 01372 232001 9am-4pm Mon-Fri.

When you arrive on site, with the main hospital in front of you, please turn right and follow the arrows in the carpark to the CDU at the rear – there are posters directing you to the GP Hub on the wall. Please do not access via the main hospital entrance.
In the far corner you will see the entrance to the CDU – the door should swing open as you approach.
Walk up the corridor and to the right you’ll find our reception window where a member of the team will arrive you for your appointment and direct you to the waiting room.
